TRACY FUENTES - OWNER, PASTRY CHEF & CAKE DECORATOR

Hello!

My love for cake decorating started in high school when I helped my aunt decorate cakes she was selling to a client. I haven't stopped since and have been baking/decorating cakes for over 15 years. I am very passionate about cake decorating and love being able to create edible masterpieces.

I hold a bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Maryland and I currently run my cake business from my home.
